I would have liked to view a list of available firmware versions before buying credits. If this is possible then I couldn_t figure out how to do it on the web site. Also there are many spelling errors

I have large fonts and when I select the firmware to flash, the GO button is not visible. I had to double click the firmware to select it.

The front end of the website could be clearer. It goes straight from adverts of how you can unlock the phone, right into heavy technical stuff, where the user is expected to know what they are doing.

Only thing I can say is a little more description on the flash upgrade software. Maybe a spreadsheet to show the differences between the types of flash upgrades
